Harvard T.H. Chan School
of Public Health
Cardiovascular disease is the number one killer globally. The Center on Causes and Prevention of Cardiovascular Disease (CAP-CVD) is a research and policy leader at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, conducting studies and exploring the risk factors that impact cardiovascular disease. CAP-CVD brings together basic, clinical and population-based scientists and provides an environment that supports their state-of-the-art analytical research and collaborations to advance scientific knowledge, treatment options, and disease prevention worldwide.
In close partnership with CAP-CVD, FGI developed a fundraising brochure that is built around a bold visual identity, powerful imagery and strong messaging that unflinchingly presents the challenging issues the global population faces health-wise and economically in tackling cardiovascular disease and rendering effective and innovative solutions. The overall goal of the brochure is to be thought-provoking and compelling, to translate complex content into infographics that are impactful and easy to understand, and to provide the info needed on how to make a gift, which will have a significant impact on the Center’s current and future endeavors.
